Book a new event with a $5,000++ food and beverage minimum and select one complimentary enhancement:
- Sparkling Arrival – One glass of sparkling wine per guest, tray-passed during the first 30 minutes of the event.
- Midday Pause – Complimentary standard coffee and tea break for up to 30 minutes.
- FORTH Nightcap – One mini espresso martini or zero-proof espresso spritzer per guest for up to 25 guests.
Book a full-day meeting with lunch and receive a complimentary post-meeting 1 hour networking pour: house wine, local beer, or zero-proof cocktail for up to 30 guests – 1 drink ticket per person.

Events with $10,000–$14,999++ in food and beverage: Choose one complimentary enhancement:
- Sparkling Holiday Toast – One sparkling wine pour per guest.
- Chef's Passed Holiday Sweets – Seasonal petit fours or dessert bites.
- Coat Valet – Staffed coat check service, based on availability.
Events with $15,000–$24,999++ in food and beverage: Choose two complimentary enhancements.Events with $25,000++ in food and beverage: Choose three complimentary enhancements, plus a complimentary host suite (based on availability) and breakfast for two.Sunday Socials
- Select Sunday evenings only: reduced F&B minimum plus complimentary family-style starter or dessert for private dinners of 25–75 guests.
