FORTH Hotel is located in the Old Fourth Ward, just off the Beltline at 800 Rankin St NE, Atlanta, GA 30308.
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. A $100 per night incidental hold will be placed on your card at check-in. This amount is fully refundable at departure, less any charges incurred during your stay.
Cancel by 3:00 PM at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Early departures are subject to a $75 fee.
Yes! We are pleased to welcome pets. We only permit dogs on property and they are welcome in guest rooms and the lobby. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted in other areas unless they are certified service animals. A cleaning fee of up to $350 per pet may apply, based on the length of stay.

Yes. Guests must be 16 years or older to access the Wellness Center. Those who are 16 or 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times while using the facility.
No, the Wellness Center and Pool are only for in-house guests and FORTH Club Members.
All registered guests are welcome to use the pool to capacity. We highly encourage making pool chair reservations up to 5 days in advance. Please note lounge chairs have limited availability on the weekends due to high volume.
Please contact the front desk to reserve your pool chair(s). Reservations are restricted to 2.5 hours and available only to registered guests and Club Members. Please arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation.
